A stomach acting, broad spectrum, long-acting insecticide that is rapidly translocated. It’s an Acetyl CoA carboxylase inhibitor (ACC-ase) – disrupts fatty acid biosynthesis and lipid formation, which are crucial for insect growth and development.
SQUADRON 33 SC also acts as a chitin synthesis inhibitor (IGRs), disrupting the molting process in insects. The inhibition of chitin synthesis prevents proper formation of the insect exoskeleton, leading to the death of nymphs and larvae during molting.
